Good stuff - hip feeling 98%, which might actually be better than normal and a little tester workout went well.
6 x 1 Min On / 1 Min Off.
Wanted to get some leg speed in and this seemed like the right dose that will still allow me do a longer workout this weekend.
Solid pace / effort for the ON portions and surprisingly smooth on the OFFs...not far from calling it a float and maybe more indicative of fitness than the faster portion as I didn't have to resort to recovery jogs.
