Odd run as felt a bit weak but the HR and pace were decent and found a nice relaxed couple of middle miles...wind at back was helpful too.

Definitely a bit of recovery going on here but also fewer calories than usual yesterday and shut down eating earlier so perhaps some impact to energy, seemingly better sleep quality and perhaps some impact to HR.
