Notes
Windy and chilly....and not much luck with this run. Opted for an easy run after lifting yesterday and feeling a little beaten down. Started out into the wind with a sour stomach and it didn't get any better than that. I did get out of the wind, but my stomach was full of pressure so I stuck with an easy-manageable pace to avoid making it worse (was unable to breath out of it). The pace felt painfully slow today and unfortunately I just couldn't find much enjoyment from this run.
These types of stomach issues used to be much more frequent, so hopefully its just a random relapse and I'll feel fine for an up-tempo effort tomorrow.
