Notes

Ran in Milton before brunch. Kept it a little shorter as I was pretty congested last night and need to avoid sickness. Legs felt better than they have in awhile and I felt very relaxed and strong.

The faster stuff yesterday may have been just what a I needed to break me out of this slower streak.

Abs a little tender as I think I strained something doing some core stuff last night.
