Easy miles on tired legs. Nice back to back mileage for me.

5 weeks until another 5k and 6 weeks until the Half so need to focus on some better sessions and keep the long run in place to ensure the half is easy and enjoyable....also want to be prepared in case Kyle has any issues on the day or we don't end up running together - he's fighting shin splints at the moment and I'm not sure he can hold much better than 8:30-9 pace...so if we go out at 8s he might crash and send me on my way. Not to be pessimistic but I could see him hanging tough for 7-8 miles and then me taking off for a "tempo" finish.
