Worked on a few old form cues and just thinking about the paw back immediately got the pace going. First mile was quicker but GPS wasn't finding me I guess.
Was working pretty hard by mile 3 and just did my best to keep it going. Some stomach discomfort off/on and had to re-focus my breathing and a handful of cues quite often during the 2nd half.
This is the sort of run that should really push the cardio development.
