Notes

A very sluggish start, ankle and hips/glutes still tight. Decided to stretch after about 3 miles and pretty suddenly felt like I had a new pair of legs.

Still some tightness but very little of the fatigued glutes like last night...tightness concerns me though as I hate to push through a tempo tomorrow and leave myself worse off...knee is improved but a bit finicky and so closely connected to the hips...not to mention the ankle still being tender.
