Legs a little tight/sore (mostly quads) but was able to push the pace a bit and again get some quality miles in at the top end of zone 2. Getting close to being nearly a full minute faster than last fall at roughly the same HR.

NB Rebels feeling really good again.

Part of me wanted to run slower and shorter to give my legs more recovery before Saturday's 5k run / "race" but just no point in trying to perform at my peak for a free event that I'm just using as tempo run to have a time proof to get into Wave 1 with Kyle at the half.
