Time is for the total round trip. Enjoyed the run despite not feeling great on either leg.
On the run to the track, I was tight and had some stomach pains. On the way back my calves were very tight/sore from the speed work and was generally fatigued.
Knee was hurting on Monday a little until I did some strength training...did some reading as well and its most likley Runners Knee...bothers me most when I drive.
