Little bit long for a true recovery run. Legs scared me a couple times early in the run when my knee and hips had a few aches that reminded me of ITB and runner's knee problems I've had before. Felt fine on the last 3 miles. Feel like I might need another easy/recovery day before any speed-work or quicker runs. Need to roll and stretch tonight.
