Notably sore coming off a solid leg day on Wed afternoon. Some foam rolling helped some last night but still feeling it this morning. Not sure why DOMS was worse this week other than the AM run / PM leg is a bit harder on the legs.

Regardless, while not an amazing or fast session this one got the job done and showed me that I can still push the aerobic system really well when not feeling like I should do anything but jog. This has always got me in the past - if at all sore I would skip and end up pushing out workouts for days/weeks. Granted running 30 mpw vs. 80 mpw isn't a fair comparison!

Kept HR in a really good range for the most part but would jump quick if I hit the wind, a hill or increased pace. It's a fine line between what I assume is right around LT1 and over-extending. Could have pushed harder and into 5k effort but this will be easier to recover from and was easier on sore legs.

NB Rebels are likely to become my favorite shoe.
