Trying to get some blood flowing to the legs and keep the lower leg and ankle loose.

I'm also a sucker for the weekly mileage and needed to see 20+ instead of 19!

Bonus was the first run in new shoes. By far the most cushioned / highest stack shoe I've ever used. Will take some getting used to but these were insanely comfortable... impulse buy at packet pickup after reading rave reviews and wanting something extra beefy for recovery and longer days
