Notes
Late start...dark but very nice out. Not intending on going this slow but it happened and I don't mind. Ate a little about an hour before running and was having some indigestion. Legs felt good, no aches/soreness/tightness, but no sign of speed or pep.
Throat congestion a little worse this morning, went away by mid morning but noticed it again after walking to the train. A little coughing while running.
Kinda leery about the 5k tomorrow
