Hot, but opted for an outdoor run (~93 when I ran) Low hamstrings/tendons feeling pretty good but some tightness or something in the upper hammy/groin region.
Also had a few off/on moments of ache of the upper peroneus (left leg still).
**After a nights sleep I noticed some tightness and began massaging along the peroneus and its tendon and found some very tender spots that are no doubt involved in the problem.. I sure hope this isn't yet another bout of tendonitis! After the massage I feel some discomfort much lower and along the tendon...
