Legs and Arms

Squat, RDL, Calves, Tibs, biceps, triceps, forearms, hip thrust - lunges and band walk as warmup

Squats didn't move very easily today - warmup sets felt heavy. Trying to push the tibs a bit more - right ankle gaining some mobility but still feel tight/discomfort under load on the bent leg calve work (at least when trying to match left ankle depth on eccentric)...slow progress but right ankle has been slightly problematic since 1999!
