Still struggling to get out of bed early enough after the time change - feeling generally tired and legs didn't bounce back as hoped. Oldest kid sick the last 2 days/nights and interrupting sleep so perhaps some recovery impact from that.
On the plus side, despite the heavy legs, the last 3 miles were fairly quick. Temp dropped (again) and cold strong north wind.
Hoping to stick with planned long/quality effort on Sunday but may adjust if sleep or recovery doesn't go well. Mostly need to avoid whatever virus the kiddo has.
