Monday, as usual, is "interval" day for my oldest daughter and me. 1/2 mi warmup, 3x .2 miles (paces: 8:12/7:24/7:14), with .2 jog btwn each, followed by .8 mi cooldown. It was pretty warm by the time we got out there. Natalie was having stomach issues, but soldiered through it. Did the last 1/2 mile of the cooldown with Lindsey (and her new running shoes).
