Notes
4 x 2/1/30 fartlek (2 minutes on, 1 minute off, 1 minute on, 30 seconds off, 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off). Goal pace of 7:04 from Daniels (VDOT=43) with jog rest. Ran around La Jolla Colony park, nice and soft. Definitely tired at the end but invigorated. First try at doing all my running in the morning.
