First repeat was great Nice and calm
2nd one same thing
3rd one last 2 mins I lost the calm and totally was more freaking out. I had to yell at myself to relax.
4th one was much better and pushed the pace a few more seconds faster and just kept the same speed on the treadmill instead of changing like i had to on the other ones to get about the right pace.
Overall was good. And was good for me to work on my weakness of freaking out.
