It was to be 8:35...I just couldn't find my pace. It took me atleast 2 min to get down to the zone. I was getting annoyed . Kept seeing 9:05...then went to low...then was stuck at 8:45. The 5 min section I found 8:27 right away. Counted the half laps as 1 min and went great. Mind games.
Heart rate seemed high the whole time. But seems like it has been for a few days.
Also day 2 of doing time restricted eating.
