1-7 felt so much better then last week. And last week was good. Those miles flew by despite the hills. The wind started around mile 4. from there until finish was all into wind.

Mile 7-8 I almost threw up after from all the snot I was chocking on. I took a sip of Jaynes water that helped! Sat did tell me to slow it back twice said we were going to fast.

Mile 8-9 Me and Sat agreed a breather after we finished the hill, then moved it to after the mile This was a much better mile.

Mile 9-10 Felt great were were cruising. and didnt really look at pace until we got to the bridge. After that didnt think just ran and finished up the mile. Felt good but HARD.

Overall I think it went well. And it was just what I needed. More confidence.
