Ran with Candice @ 5min/km pace from just b4 bridge. 3 min rest stop @ 3rd beach. Felt fairly strong for not having run in a week. Pace was manageable, could have carried it for another 1.5k I think, so 50min 10k is definitely within sight. Need to put in a few longer runs in next 2 weeks b4 Sun Run.
