3k: 14:36 / 4:26 (downhill stretch)
4k: 20:38 / 6:02 (uphill - overheating - stopped for water and strip off long-sleeve shirt - walked for almost a minute drinking water to cool down)
5k: 26:05 / 5:27 (cooling down - trying to get my breathing back to relaxed)
6k: 31:20 / 5:15 (able to pick up pace again a little)
7k: 36:45 / 5:25 (feeling lethargic)
8k: 42:15 / 5:30 (slowing terribly - just trying to bring heart rate down again)
9k: 47:30 / 5:15 (ok - starting to feel better and stronger)
10k: 52:15 / 4:45 / 26:10 (finished last 1km strongly - kept building speed up to the finish, passing a lot of runners that had passed me mid-race)
