Notes

Ran warmup approx 2 km around Brockton Point, then a 5 minute rest and stretch b4 starting the track workout - 10 x 400m intervals with 200m walking recovery (approx 1:15) in between each interval.

Felt like I was straining a bit to hit the target 1:50 per 400m interval pace, which is only approx 4:35/km pace. I managed a few 1:45 intervals (4:22/km pace), but I felt like it would be difficult to hold for a full 800m. I will need to try some 800m intervals next week and shoot for a 3:50, which might be more manageable pace @ 4:48/km - supposedly that translates to a 1:55 HM projection.
