Ran at park/track on 16th.
Warm-up run for 10 mins in park trails - back to track - finish with one slow warm-up lap - stretch for 5 mins.
Shooting for 4x800m @ 3:50 pace.
Surprised myself by easily clicking off 3 sub-3:40 800s with a final 800 of 3:43. Ran one extra 400 @ 1:49 for good measure (thought about doing another full 800m but didn't want to push it too much).
Finished with another 10 min cool-down jog through trails.
