Nice easy run with Dwayne (David ran with us to the bridge then turned back). Sort of felt like a slower pace than it really was - but with Dwayne, it's easy to look slow but run fast.
It was durn cold out! had to wear my running gloves for first time this autumn season. frost on the windshield this morning.
