What a crappy run. Couldn't get out of the house due to stomach cramps and other fun GI stuff. Made it 5 miles before I HAD to stop to use the facilities. After that, I got side stitches for several miles even though I was puttering along. Then it got mid-50 degrees by the last few miles. I got dehydrated and it showed. Glad it is over. Now if only my stomach cramps were over, too...
