Had to wait for a TM again so I got some more ab work in. I like the bicycle crunches. I'm also going to step up my pushups quite a bit.
I'm validated in my belief that I have good, solid runs when I do my isometric exercises prior to running. It takes time, but sure does aleviate frustration and injuries in the long run.
Need to work on hills now and begin the fast hill sprints.
