Why do I run: I've wanted to for a long time. To be able to eat more. For health. For the sense of achievement by setting goals and reaching them through consistency in action. I've come to love running. |
Why I started running: A friend challenged me to participate in a crazy 8-day Alpine Run, covering 270 km of distance and 15 km of altitude. A couple of weeks earlier I had resolved to get fit, but done nothing. So I tought: "what the heck, why not, it'll be fun". I'm sharing my experience to advance from couch potato to marathoner and alpine runner trough this training log and my blog. |
