10 min wa. 3 @ 5:30, 2@5:20, 1@5:04 with 2 min break in between.
about 5 minute running at end then 1 minute at 5:00, 1 minute off, then 3:30 minutes at 5:00 and ended at 5:45 for the rest of the run. 10 miles at 57:40, 10.4 for 60:00, so basically MP run with pickups then 1 mile slow at the end.
Felt really easy, kind of like you hope it should. Felt like I could have done many more miles at 5:00 at the end. So it goes. Sock it away and come back later.
