out in 1:10, back in 1:07, one split of 6 at 38 from 1:20 to 1:50.

I'm not sure this distance is correct. the effort level was pretty goog on the 38 min split. have to find some maps on this trail distance (MTA: changed this a bit. DNR says 6 miles, not 5.8 on the trail. sounds closer.

(need to add 5 more miles to the day to get back on track for 600 for the month.)
