bit of everything. first 20 minutes was incline (6%). Second part was 1 min on/off at 12/9.3 for 15-20 minutes, then at 9.2 then a few more 1 min on/off. legs felt limber, but core is not as strong as it should be. Really just an easy run w/ some strides.
