Notes

15 x 200 or thereabouts. Maybe more. W/ Glen, Phil and Richard, all doing separate workouts.

Slow running. Hamstring was not very good. Mostly 38s and some 35s. Felt slow and was extremely slow.

A slow split even for mile repeats. So it goes.
