left heel pad is sore. knee is fine in comparison. going to get some stability shoes. I think the heel is the result of the following: sore achilles -> sore heel -> moving toward pf. not too concerned. i can get through it.

have to remember that the stretching is as important as the running. i need a stretching partner. suppose I could pay somebody, but that really sounds like prostitution.
