nice run. pretty tired on the day and ran in swimsuit and trainers. Ran w/ Matt Volz for the first two miles than dared him to show me some speed. "c'mon man, lets see that 1500 speed" and, well, I got to see it. pretty happy w/ the run in the heat and some of miles in the past 3 weeks.
