Felt pretty easy and not real tired. Did some stretching in between warm-up and after the one hard lap. Cannot sprint yet due to left hamstring problem. Ok with 6:00 min miles but had some inner thigh stiffness and one sharp pain trying to go 20 seconds faster. Starting to be a bit of a bother.
