nice evening, but my back is killing me as is my hip. took a few splits since I haven't taken any notice of my paces since 14:50. running about 6:20 or so. Ran through the hills of 280, sprinting about half of them and running hard on the rest. downhill really killed my hip. ran back past Minnehaha and found a soccer ball. I decided my hip was hurting and needed a distraction so dribbled the ball home on the foot path with the bikes. I thought it'd slow me down, but actually ran faster to keep up with the thing. probably 3.5 miles of dribbling.
