had no horse today. no legs, no speed. probably the worst I could do. I think every mile was exactly 6:20. Missed the gels at mi 17 and was pretty deflated. Parents came to watch and saw them at mile 25. Dad yelled "jeffrey" and almost scared me. Got a bit of tear in my eyes having them cheeriing.
