13 down (1:20), 13 back (1:22) on Pilot Knob. wind at back down, dead into the wind home. wind in face coming home helped me stay focused, so probably better. basically a form focused jog, then sprint the hills Forgot how hilly the sucker is coming back. really no problem. Should probably start some intervals.
