ran up to club and just a little more. legs feel great. this should probably be my easy pace.

I'm losing a lot of weight. down about 20lbs since jan 1. ever since I stopped lifting, 10 lbs has been real quick to come off. not interested in the lifting yet, but maybe come July start again.
