15 X 400 meter hill repeats (40 minutes)

1 mile cool down (8 minutes)

some sort of half/full marathon group training on the hill. kind of nice to run this stuff with other people.

it really helps keep focus with other people when the running hurts (combined pain!)

thinking about going to track late tonight for some 200 meter stuff. make running your bitch :-)
