Notes
Iced my foot and it felt ok (not great when I woke up, but I waited until late morning to run). Decided to try a short run, and it didn't hurt much at all. Actually felt almost completely better at the end of the run. The hip was a little uncomfortable, but nothing more than usual. Might try to do the long run tomorrow a.m if the arch is feeling better.
