Notes

Felt much better today. Right glute (my major problem spot for the 13 miler) wasn't bothering me at all. Left side (hammy and glute) was stiff and still felt some twinges on that side. That whole side is tighter than it should be, and I'm not sure if I can get it where it needs to be with just stretching. But overall, a much better run and I'm not too worried about any of the nigglesgoing on. I feel like it's manageable with stretching and foam rolling and possibly ART.
