Notes

Before I even left I felt tired and like I'd be lucky to just get through this. But by the time I got out there, I actually had the best long run of the training cycle. Some friends joined for 10 of the 16 miles and that helped a ton. I vowed not to look at my HR and just run by feel, and honestly, I felt pretty darn good compared to past runs. Avoided the hills unintentionally so only 311 ft of gain. Average HR 161, max 181, but not sure that's accurate. If it is, no big deal. I felt fine!
