2 x 15 minute tempo intervals (15 minute warm-up, 2 x 15 minute tempo intervals, 3 minute recovery pace in between, 12 minute cool-down) . Did the workout as prescribed. Couldn't get my HR above 145-150 on the elliptical even when I turned the resistance up. So not sure it was really a tempo effort, but I did try to push the effort up in those 15 minute stretches.
