Notes
This week has been a little rough. I felt great after running with my dad in great falls but then I came back to running with just Penny and my motivation kind of faded. I was just a little down I guess this week. But I still kept up running every day and today was a day where even the weather was nice and I might have been a tad overdressed. I ran very very slow at times, but I enjoyed the last two thirds of my run a lot. The first mile I felt achey and was cursing my gel nimbus’s I decided to wear but that all went away once I’d been out for over ten minutes. And Zac even went with me! He rode his bike and we let the dogs run around and it was actually a really nice run.
