Started a new streak.
Felt really heavy. It just feels like I'm carrying a lot of extra weight. It felt like I was putting a ton of effort in and barely moving. I felt like crap. Very a hey around my right knee.
Overall it felt really hard, obviously I'm sick but since I haven't ran consistently in almost two months meant I was out of breath and struggling to keep up with Alexis.
I just want to be a runner again. I want to be fast. I've decided I want to be a great runner more than I want to go out and party. My goals starting today with this new streak are to stick to a sleep schedule, do morning runs, use myfitnesspal to count my calories, and to make sure to stretch to prevent injury--especially being heavier at the moment.
