Notes

After walking warmup. Run 13 minutes, walk 1 minute. I absolutely owned this run. I stopped to pee 4 times and I was still under 10 minute miles. I felt like I was moving good, but I didn't feel like I was pushing the pace too hard. I was tired towards the end, but never really sore and not totally exhausted. Great run.
