Notes

Ran 5 miles from Ty's football practice, out to Hudson Springs, around the long loop and back. Pace was slow. I am still revovering from the post race cramping from the Akron Half Marathon on Saturday. Calfs were not nearly as sore today as they were on Monday. Getting better.
