Notes

Ran from football practice to Hudson Springs Park and around the red loop and back. Pace felt good towards the start of the run, but it fell off quickly. I really want to get to where I can run this loop and feel strong all the way. I imagine that this will only come by increasing the distance of the long runs on the weekends and varying the runs on the weeknights.
